Addressing Common Myths Around LGBTQ+ Safety, Equity & Belonging with Dr Emily Meadows

With a rise in the visibility and representation of LGBTQ+ people worldwide has come a simultaneous increase in conversation and, alongside that, a storm of misinformation. This session addresses some of the common myths and misperceptions around LGBTQ+ safety, equity, and belonging work in international schools, and prepares participants to address related concerns in a way that centers safety, equity, and belonging for all community members.
