Building Positive Relationships and getting to know more around our foundational practices - For Domestic Workers

Coming to a new school can be overwhelming and might take time for both adults and children to get used to the new routines and common language that we use at DC. This workshop is designed to give domestic workers the opportunity to learn and share amongst each other why building positive relationships at any stage is fundamental for success in life. Research shows that when children feel supported, they’re more likely to engage in learning and have better academic, behavioural, and social emotional outcomes. Have some fun while engaging into these focal groups where we will learn new tools to build on your child’s self-esteem, self-discipline, problem solving, and essential life skills that will last.
