Lovely Teenagehood: How to understand them without losing it

Raising teenagers can be rewarding and also challenging as your teen or pre-teen goes through the developmental stages of adolescence navigating school pressures, friends, independence and the influences of the digital and social media world.   This workshop will introduce parents and caregivers to an understanding of the teen brain development and will share strategies to help families effectively communicate, navigate and thrive during these years.
