MYP Assessment
The purpose of this workshop is to help parents gain a deeper understanding of criteria-related assessment so that they can support their child at home as they work towards their goals. Additionally, we will discuss how teachers use these criteria to provide feedback to students.

About the event
The MYP assesses students' academic performance in different disciplines, such as English and Mathematics, using assessment criteria specified by the IB. Teachers use the IB assessment criteria to design rigorous assessment tasks and provide feedback. The purpose of this workshop is to help parents gain a deeper understanding of criteria-related assessment so that they can support their child at home as they work towards their goals. Additionally, we will discuss how teachers use these criteria to provide feedback to students and how parents can help their children develop self-regulation by helping them reflect critically.
