About the event

Having good friends is key to children’s mental health and wellbeing, just as it is for adults, but it isn’t always easy to navigate the complicated social dynamics that happen at school and in life. Understanding children’s developmental age and the evolution of friendship throughout their life helps us in our responses and interventions. Helping our children gain confidence, strengthen their self-esteem and navigate those challenges allows us to build problem-solving skills, resilience and develop stronger social skills.
