Students on this trip will have agency opportunities to plan and carry out a wide range of locally based activities whilst camping in Hong Kong. Activities could include hiking, cycling, arts and craft, watersports, guided tours, camp cooking and nature based activities.
At this stage options include dormitory accommodation and/or tents and a planned 3 night and 4 day residential experience. The final day will involve a serviced based option such as First Aid course, Africa centre, Crossroads or another local NGO.

The week will begin with a service day. Most likely a first aid course earns you a useful qualification
Tuesday - Friday will be the camp in Sai Kung at a campsite
Activities include an activity day such as Stand Up Paddleboarding, Coasteering or Kayaking

To allow for student agency, this will be finalised in conjunction with trip leaders and students. The exact itinerary will have the flexibility to incorporate student voice.

The programme fees are subject to price fluctuations involving transportation costs, the number of students signing up, and activity costs. We aim to manage the cost of this trip/activity effectively, and we will re-adjust/re-calculate the cost prior to the final payment in Aug/Sep 2024.
